    Description

      Current ThreadLocalAwareWebServiceContext implementation is private class.
      In order to allow proper switchboard/jboss-injection integration this needs to be
      accessible from outside and have to be extracted to public class.
      Once this is done proper WebServiceContext resource provider can be implemented.
