Clean dependencies on jbossws-spi

      A SPI component should only depend on API or other SPI components, as the SPI should be usable in as many runtime as possible.

      The following dependencies should be removed:

      • microcontainer
      • log4j
      • ant
      • dom4j
      • gnu-getopt

      Note that the dependencies on JavaEE spec APIs should point to the proper coordinates.
