Provide alternative solution to having jetty dependency for jaxws Endpoint API usage

The jaxws endpoint api for bootstrapping a server in jse env currently requires Apache CXF to use Jetty. Since we can't ship Jetty on JBoss AS, we should provide an alternative solution, perhaps another integration module (based on Netty?), similar to cxf-rt-transports-http-jetty.jar .
