Install custom configurer to Bus instances created on client side too

    Description

      We currently install our custom Configurer to the Bus instances created on server side only. This means we can't customize CXF behaviour on client side created Bus. We should pre-install our client side JBossWSCXFConfigurer always when a Bus is created while jbossws-cxf-client.jar is in the classpath.
