Make sure our test suites for all stacks pass on Windows XP

      Make sure our test suites pass on Windows XP (for all three stacks).
      I noticed there are some failures on Windows XP related to attachments when running the tests (maybe others) in Native stack.

        1.
        		 SymmetricBindingClientTestCase and AsymmetricBindingClientTestCase fail on Windows Sub-task Closed Major Jim Ma
        2.
        		 org.jboss.test.ws.jaxws.jbws1666.JBWS1666TestCase hangs on Windows Sub-task Closed Major Jim Ma
        3.
        		 Native stack compilation error with JDK1.6 Sub-task Closed Major Jim Ma
        4.
        		 Task ws-tools can not load the wsdl on Windows Sub-task Closed Major Jim Ma
        5.
        		 org.jboss.test.ws.jaxws.endpoint.EndpointTestCase fails on Windows Sub-task Closed Major Jim Ma
        6.
        		 EventingTestcase and NotificationTestcase fail on windows Sub-task Closed Major Jim Ma
        7.
        		 SimpleUsernameTestCase and SimpleDispatchTestCase fail on windows Sub-task Closed Major Jim Ma
        8.
        		 XOPHandlerTestCase and XOPBareTestCase fail on Windows Sub-task Closed Major Jim Ma
