Even though attachments are not supported by WS-I, JBossWS Tools should provide support for attachments. Generating artifacts that involve attachments with the wscompile tool is not straightforward. Need to discuss with the team on how to handle this issue in a consistent/intuitive way.

wscompile has a "-f:datahandleronly" commandline option that maps all attachments to javax.activation.DataHandler type in the SEI. DataHandler allows you to handle arbitrary attachments.
