Support JAXB annotations on SEI when producing wsdls

      JAXWS 2.1 spec requires an implementor to honor the following JAXB annotations on SEI:
      javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlAttachmentRef
      javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlList
      javax.xml.bind.XmlMimeType
      javax.xml.bind.annotation.adapters.XmlJavaTypeAdapter

      We should verify/implement missing when generating wsdls (both in tools mode and on the fly generation during deployment).
