The tool "jbossws" should generate client side artifacts from an external WSDL-2.0

This approach is called "top down" and is typical for a WS client provider.

The generated artifacts are:

1) service endpoint interface (SEI)
2) service interface (SI)
3) user defined types
4) user defined service exceptions
5) jaxrpc-mapping.xml

Support for annotations in the WSDL is required to resolve this task.
