The maven-deploy-plugin has been deploying to nexus all Narayana artifacts since the change integrated with https://github.com/jbosstm/narayana/commit/c31a1ada2164bbffc71412edd159a6ca2fc77c27#diff-9c5fb3d1b7e3b0f54bc5c4182965c4fe1f9023d449017cece3005d3f90e8e4d8R296 :

• the artifacts we don't intend to release in GA are now released during our release process.

Prevent this from happening disabling the maven-deploy-plugin in artifacts not intended to be released.
