Update the release scripts and documentation (Wiki) for Narayana to a more updated release process

• awestruct is not needed anymore
• quay.io image is pushed by the github action (lra-coordinator-quarkus project)
• CI references to be updated
• py scripts (./scripts/releases/*.py) to be checked
• narayana-release-process.sh script to be updated
• update/check the narayana wiki for the release process
• check the steps needed to update the website after a release
• remove blacktie references
• replace docker.io to quay.io references (and double check them)
• Consider a dry-run execution of the release script
• include documentation about the Nexus 'auto close' parameter in the Narayana wiki
• check the build-release-pkgs.xml ant executable and decide whether we want to automate the website update
