Explain how Narayana quickstarts that use WildFly can use a WildFly version with the corresponding tag of Narayana

At least generally, the quickstarts do not seem to explain how to use a version of WildFly that has the corresponding version of Narayana installed inside it.

We could consider to explain how to build a WildFly with that version in it, or which Jars to replace in WildFly or maybe some other option?
