Create an equivalent of XTS_AS_TESTS for LRA app server tests

    • Adds testing using the Wildfly microprofile LRA feature pack

      WildFly includes some LRA testing that the LRA PROFILE of the narayana.sh could be adapted to execute when testing LRA PROFILE.
