Change the license of the narayana-tomcat open source software from LGPL to [ASL|https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0] 

Apache-2.0 is a permissive licence and will give users more options for using Narayana Tomcat in their own software.

The purpose of Narayana tomcat is to run basic integration tests with multiple versions of Tomcat across several databases.
