The Narayana implementation of LRA supports the creation of a nested LRA which can be managed by a different coordinator from the one that is managing the parent LRA.

This more advanced use case would benefit from a quickstart. I see two steps to the quickstart:

• use the same coordinator for the parent and nested LRA
• use a different coordinator for the parent and nested LRA
