Change bean discovery mode in the lra client module to "annotated"

We are using  bean-discovery-mode "all" in the lra-client module (maven modules `org.jboss.narayana.rts:lra-client`) and the lra-proxy-test modules but we only require "annotated". I've raised this issue since the use of "all" generates warnings when using Quarkus ArC.
