Remove the historical product-perf-test-harness module

The module product-perf-test-harness was last updated 2013
It is used to compare different open source TM's [1] and we used our own performance measurement framework. We have since migrated over to using JMH and the new comparison tests [2] use JMH. Therefore the task is to clean up the code by removing this module.
