Enable checkstyle to the Narayana SPI and quickstart modules

The SPI repo (https://github.com/jbosstm/jboss-transaction-spi) and quicksart (https://github.com/jbosstm/quickstart) repo do not contain any checkstyle rules.

We we use the WildFly checkstyle rule set (https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-checkstyle-config/tree/master/src/main/resources/wildfly-checkstyle

I won't label this issue with "good-first-issue" though until I figure out how we use checkstyle in the main narayana repo (we seem to be using a variety of checkstyle approaches so we may want to rationalise that).
