Remove OSGi module

    Description

      Remove the OSGi module for our Jakarta release (next release).
      Reasons for that are:

      1. The OSGi compendium fully Jakarta release has not been released yet
      2. RedHat product "Fuse" using Narayana and supporting OSGi has not yet moved to Jakarta.
      3. There are other open-source Transaction Managers (OSGi native) such as Apache Aries and Apache Geronimo
