Remove application-component-1 and application-component-2 quickstarts

Seeing that wildfly tests application-component-1 and application-component-2 (https://github.com/wildfly/quickstart/tree/main/jts) are tested in https://github.com/wildfly/quickstart/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci.yml we should avoid duplication and remove our version of it: https://github.com/jbosstm/quickstart/tree/master/ArjunaJTS/jts
Please update the README in order to have a link to the wildfly  jts quickstarts.
