Study and implement the proper way to use arquillian profiles in quickstarts

Users in quickstarts should be able to use all profiles available.
Quickstarts job (https://github.com/jbosstm/quickstart/blob/master/scripts/hudson/quickstart.sh#L163) should test all the profile available in quickstarts.
