Investigate setting of timeout.factor and consider if it should be changed to ts.timeout.factor

When building the WildFly integration tests we are passing in -Dtimeout.factor:

Assuming this is for WildFly rather than Narayana, it seems possible that we should be passing in -Dts.timeout.factor instead (or as well, in case that Narayana needed it for some reason):
