Add test for manual user LRA deployment on WFLY

    Description

      As part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBTM-3648 we found out that Narayana updates might break manual user deployments of LRA. It would be useful to add a smoke test that just deploys war with narayana-lra dependency to WFLY and verifies that the LRA is started/closed successfully.
