SCM metadata for the jboss-transaction-spi repo is not meaningful

The SCM metadata [1] for the jboss-transaction-spi repo [2] references undefined pom properties [3].

The properties were lost when the project was modified to produce jakarta versions of the maven SPI artifact (see commit with comment "Produce jakarta artifacts"). The consequence is that external tools will be unable to analyse the origins of the Maven artifacts produced from this repo.

The fix will go into release 7.6.2.Final of the SPI.
