Remove the compilation of IDL files in maven module of QA

    Description

      The pom file of the QA (maven) module is set to compile IDL files. This action is duplicated with the ant project stored in build.xml. This does not make sense and we should only keep (and maintain) one compilation. As the pom file in QA is used only to download (and copy) dependencies, we have decided to keep the ant build and scrap the compilation of IDL files in the pom.
