Upgrade the version of JMH

      We haven't upgraded JMH for a while so it's time to use the latest version (1.35).

      Also add a little bit of documentation to the performance script we use with Jenkins (narayana/scripts/hudson/jenkins.sh).

      And finally remove the reference to junit tests in the README.md file narayana/README.md).
