Following a question in our google group, I realised that we do not provide quickstarts to show how to run transactions in TomEE (or Tomcat) when queues are enlisted as resources. I propose to take care of this creating at least a quickstart to demonstrate how to integrate Narayana in TomEE and run a dummy XA transactions enlisting ActiveMQ and PostgreSQL resources.

NB: ActiveMQ cannot be used for transactional sending or receiving when ActiveMQ is manually integrated in Tomcat
