push JTS docker images during a release

      The narayana release process (narayana-release-process.sh) should push the JTS docker containers (https://github.com/jboss-dockerfiles/narayana/tree/master/jts) to quay.io

      Also we use a JacORB name server which is no longer supported so that needs changing as well.
