      There are LRA tck test failures when ran with JDK11:

      Most of the tests fail with below error:

      java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'jakarta.enterprise.inject.spi.InjectionTarget jakarta.enterprise.inject.spi.BeanManager.createInjectionTarget(jakarta.enterprise.inject.spi.AnnotatedType)'
