Any quickstart that requires a WildFly server no longer passes using Java 8 since WildFly now only runs with Java 11.
We need to ensure that any quickstart using WildFly fails fast if the JDK is not 11.
Most quickstarts should launch using a `run.sh` script so we should change those to check for the Java version and fail fast if the wrong JDK is configured.
If there are only a few quickstarts that fall into this category (of not including a run.sh script) then the simplest solution is to just add one. Otherwise it may be possible to add the check to the maven pom, if that is possible.
So the first step is to gauge how much work is required.
