    Description

      For easily configure recovery properties needed for OpenShift scaledown processing without JVM restart.

      The recovery properties which are used to speed up recovering the unfinished transaction records when the application runtime is going to shutdown (graceful shutdown, OpenShift scaledown process) needs to be tuned on demand without restarting JVM.
