    Description

      Upgrade org.apache.activemq to 2.18.0 and enhance our journal store to make use of replaceable records (see linked issue).

       

      Note that this fix is targeted for after the release of WF25 (which is due to be tagged on Sep 15) which is when WFLY upgrades to version 2.18.0 of activemq.
