LRA Microprofile TCK needs to be tested on both Narayana and WildFly repos (In WildFly the MP TCK needs to be tested against WF LRA extension), so we need to use the same source code at both the places. So instead of duplicating the SPI code and other configuration setup, it is better to use the `lra-test-arquillian-extension` dependency in WildFly. Hence we need to add a release profile for the same.
