The upgrade is required for use with wildfly/eap.

The new library introduces a new feature such that maxIO = 1 isn't supported in AIO mode so the upgrade should also include a fix to workaround that feature. A future version of the library will revert the feature (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-3354). When that becomes available we can revert the workaround.
