DB drivers in the QA module should be downloaded from maven repositories, following the improvement developed in JBTM-3450 for the Oracle driver. This means that drivers should be downloaded from Maven and copied to the "dbdrivers" folder using the maven-dependency-plugin. This would replace the current mechanism that downloads drivers from a (VPN) Red Hat server (currently offline even within the VPN). This ticket would help the community to run QA tests against DBs (specifically, the profile QA_JTA)
