LRA filters log an invalid warning about missing CDI

The LRACDIExtension contains an invalid test that tests the presence of LRA in the Provider (Container*Filter) constructor when the dynamically created beans aren't available - "LRA025021: CDI cannot be detected, non JAX-RS LRA participants will not be processed". The JAX-RS specification clearly states that the CDI injection is available in the Provider classes so this warning is quite redundant.
