lra-coordinator-war does not pack the lra-coordinator properly

Deploying lra-coordinator-war to Wildfly does not result in a running web app. In the lra-coordinator-war's pom.xml file, the lra-coordinator-jar is specified as a dependency and, as a result, maven packs the lra-coordinator as a jar in the lib sub-folder of the WEB-INF folder. A possible solution to this problem is to modify the lra-coordinator-jar module to produce a war artifact as well. If this solution is adopted, the lra-coordinator-war module can be deleted entirely.
