Convert LRA RecoveryCoordinator JAX-RS resource into a sub resource

The narayana LRA implementation creates two JAX-RS Applications for exposing RecoveryCoordinator, Coordinator and LRA endpoints.

This means that end user JAX-RS services would end up with at least 3 JAX-RS Applications which is unnecessary and, in particular, generates a runtime error when services pull in the putative Quarkus LRA Extension.
