Artifact org.jboss.narayana:tests-utils is not deployed to Nexus

When creating the Narayana release the artifact org.jboss.narayana:test-utils:jar is not deployed to Nexus.

This makes troubles when somebody works with the Narayana Final release and wants to work with integration tests and don't want to build whole Narayana in Final.
