jbossts-properties.xml not read when deploying LRA coodinator war on thorntail

Running the LRA coordinator on thorntail does not start the recovery module because the jbossts-properties.xml file is not put on the classpath even when it's in the right place in the war (WEB-INF/classes/jbossts-properties.xml).
