Enhance exception reporting from NarayanaLRAClient

If an error is thrown from Narayana LRA client it's difficult to get to details. This makes troubles for investigation (especially for test failures in my case).

It would be good to provide cause exception on failures.

Up to that the LRAData structure should work with URI (more logic than String conversion, easier to use in method calls).
