Remove HTTP Apache client from dependencies as it's no more used

    Description

      Remove the dependency of org.apache httpclient. This is defined in pom.xml and provided in some tests and on other places of LRA modules.

      This dependency is no more needed.

      Removal cleans the the dependency tree and does not force WFLY to include it under war deployment for the clients.
