Schema validation error for RTS webservice web.xml

When I cleaned the IDE I noticed some schema validation errors on the file:
rts/at/webservice/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml

Generally summarised as:

cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'display-name'. One of '

Unknown macro: {"http}

' is expected.
