    Description

      Requested by Brian Fitzpatrick.
      "Can you please create a new JBRULES issue for the "It doesn't export the org.drools.eclipse.util package" problem? It's causing some issues on our side as far as runtime detection goes as per https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-8730."
