Add profile to start.jbpm.org(jbpm-bootstrap-kjar)to deploy on OCP with routes and CM

After JBPM-9950, we have a new profile 'openshift_internal' to create the ConfigMap and additional objects needed to deploy on OCP. In order to avoid mvn archetype related errors, currently we are running 'mvn clean install {}Popenshift' from jbpm-bootstrap-kjar module to install the required mvn-acrhetypes to generate the project. To avoid running different commands from multiple places, creating a new profile openshift_internal'  to build the image using single command.
