    Description

      Today we are using an ancient image for the start.jbpm.org website. We need to change the base image to have it aligned with security patches and the new ubi8. Additionally, the maven plugin that generates the Docker file also needs to be upgraded. 

      This PR (https://github.com/BootstrapJBPM/jbpm-bootstrap-service/pull/37) can be used as a reference for this work.
