there are some minor comments which may need to be addressed. Below the ones relevants:

• PIM prefix should be removed from the application.yaml example file
• Clarify README for the Quartz store type used
• Formatting code in the DDL scripts, there are lower and upper cases
• Remove unused property `maven.pim.flyway.location` for mariadb
• Remove misleading comment `Then` 
• Update DB2 scripts for Quartz
