Migrate start.jbpm.org database to PostgreSQL

      Currently, we are using h2 as the database for the metrics report generated by the start.jbpm.org Application. However, this database is unreliable since it's meant to be used in developing, non-critical environments.

      To have a more stable, reliable data storage, we need to migrate to a production-ready one. Postgres is our choice by its open-source nature.
