"Getting case tasks" returns empty list with bypass enabled and user is not present

    Description

      Calling case task services with potential owners, business admin case tasks and stakeholder tasks return empty list when BYPASS_AUTH_USER is set to true and the user param in the query is empty or not present. It should return the case tasks based on the authenticated user if this is the case, following the same approach as per JBPM-9745.
