Add REST Endpoint for claiming tasks in bulk

Adding new REST Endpoint for claiming tasks in bulk following same approach that was taken for signalling several process instance in one request.
The list of task ids to be claim will be passed as query parameter.
Rest of parameters will be the same than for claiming a single task id.
