Replace Travis with GitHub Actions workflow in kie-benchmarks

With the recently announced changes [1] to Travis CI plans, kie-benchmarks Travis CI stopped working in January 2021. We have to migrate to GitHub Actions so we have at least a basic sanity check for the repository.
